looking for run-of-the-mill. Try the flounder,
dipped in egg, pan-seared and topped with a fresh-
roasted corn, blue crab, black bean
and roast tomato relish. Or how about the
grilled sea scallops served
with a brandied red grape
cream sauce and paired with grilled asparagus?
In addition to its multiple dining rooms, the
Lobster Shanty is thrilled to host many weddings in
the lush Sunset Ballroom. Sweeping water
views, crystal chandeliers, lush furnishings and so
much more make the Sunset Ballroom a dreamy location
for the bride and groom to throw the party of their
